We offer 3 types of foundations:
- Standard (5 or 10 inches) with regular or organic fabric
- Roby foundation (10 inches)
- Luxury foundation (13 inches) with regular or organic fabric
You have the option of a high profile foundation which is 10” or a low profile which is 5”. We also have 2 other types of foundations (Roby foundation 10”, Luxury foundation 13”)
Yes, providing the slats are no more than 2” apart. We don’t recommend the use of a platform foundation.
Yes except for spring mattresses from the GreenSpring Collection. Please note that Natura also sells its own lifestyle bases (Have a look section Products-Accessories-Adjustable Beds).
It is a 10-year non prorated warranty.
Natura warrants your new mattress set to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the original date of purchase. Please note that mattresses from the Organics Collection sold in USA have a 20-year warranty.
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Normal body signatures of 1 ½’ or less
- Comfort Preference
- Cover/Fabric
- Stains or Soil
- Burns
- Floor Samples sold “As Is”
Anything beyond 1.5” is considered a defect.

It is highly recommended you protect your mattress with a mattress protector. We suggest you to use the mattress protector we are producing; Natura Protect Deluxe. Please note that a soiled or stained mattress will void your warranty.

Yes, components in our mattresses are Certi Pur Certified, Oeko Tek Certified and GOT’s Certified.
