Natura™ 5 year warranty on Pillows, Duvets, Comforters, Pillows & Toppers
The Natura bedding Warranty covers defects in workmanship only.
During the term of this warranty, Natura World Inc. will, at its option, replace or repair any defective parts of the Natura Sleep System purchased under this warranty, at no additional charge, except for shipping charges.
When returning any Natura Products, the Purchaser assumes responsibility for all shipping charges and is responsible for insuring the product(s) returned, and assumes the risk of loss during shipment, unless otherwise arranged by Natura World Inc.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA) on all packages.
We will immediately register any request for service and ensure that your problem is rectified as quickly as possible.
NO WARRANTY is extended to: damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, normal wool compression, damage incurred as a result of the customer transporting the product.
